At Deskart Mart, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong product received

Defective or damaged product

Product not working on arrival

Missing items or accessories


We do not accept returns for change of mind or dislike of color/design.

2. Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
After 7 days, we cannot offer a return, replacement, or refund.

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Product must be unused

In original condition

All accessories must be included

Original packaging must be intact

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Personal care items

Kitchen hygiene products

Used or physically damaged items

Discounted or clearance products

Items damaged after delivery

5. How to Request a Return

To raise a return request, contact us with the following:

1. Order ID


2. Product name


3. Detailed issue description


4. Unboxing video or photos (mandatory for damaged/defective claims)

6. Return Approval

If your request is approved:

Return pickup will be arranged within 2–5 business days

Pickup is free for defective/wrong items

For any other approved reason, shipping charges may apply

7. Refund Policy

Once the returned product passes quality inspection:

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method

COD orders will be refunded through UPI/Bank transfer


Refund Timeline

Refund may take 3–7 working days after the product passes inspection.

8. Replacement Policy

If the product is in stock, a replacement will be provided.
If out of stock, you can choose:

A different product

A full refund

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped


Repeated COD cancellations may result in blocking future orders.

10. RTO / Failed Delivery

Return to Origin (RTO) may occur if:

Address is incorrect

Delivery calls are not answered

Customer is unavailable

Order is refused at the doorstep


In such cases, re-shipping fees may be applied.
